Today was the Big Day! The blue tits left one by one (spread over a few hours), except for one that decided to wait a little longer. The video shows one of them — after much hesitation — taking the leap, while the next one exercises its wings. Each blue tit needs a moment at the opening of the box to get used to the overwhelming outside world they're seeing for the very first time. What a magnificent spectacle!
